We love the team and boarding facilities at Longtail! I moved from a large rural property to Hamilton city and had to board my best friend for nearly three months while I found us a new home. During that time the team at Longtail made sure that my large active dog adjusted to her new surroundings and continued to thrive. Team members kept in touch with almost daily photos, and I visited my dog and took her for a run at a nearby dog-friendly park every second day. Thanks Kevin, Sarah, Rochelle and everyone else at Longtail, you all rock! Love Ali and Rain

My 9 year old cat Lily has never stayed in a cattery before but she settled in really well. Such lovely care. Would happily use again.
Could not recommend Longtail more! Such lovely, caring staff! Very understanding and genuine. You can leave your pets knowing they will be in great hands! My two cats absolutely loved there stay there and we're hesitant to come home due to all the love and attention they were getting! Also great how they upload photos onto Facebook of your pets so you can see how they are doing while you are away! Such a bonus. Really reasonable prices also! Was very impressed and know where my fur babies will be going in the future if need be! :D
Looked after my pooch for a week. She came home better than new. Very well cared for. Recommended highly.
Our cats absolutely love this place. With one of them, we'll usually have no problem getting him in his carry cage, but when we go to take him home from Longtail he doesn't want to go. I'll be really sad when we move from Hamilton and have to find another cattery, this one is the best one we've ever used.

Great place that treats your animals as if they were their own and also really great prices. Also got updates about how my dogs were doing with pics while I was away
