I want to give no star actually. I would like to complaint for the issues tonight. Tonight, I have been to Masse Hamilton. When I arrived there, all the long tables were occupied, so I am only available to play on the small table. I definitely understand and accept when the staff there mentioned to me. Then, I let one of the staffs knew that I was queuing for the long table as well. I saw that she wrote a note to remind herself. Thats fine. I understand the principal of "First come first served". . Around 10: 40pm, I didn't mindful someone left table 21, because I was focus on my table. Then, I saw newcomers played on table 21. I asked the staff why they can play, and I have queuing for the long table. I have already waited for more than an hour. The senior staff said "she is new here. She (the other junior staff) forgot you are still queuing for the table and we will serve you the other table once the customers left. The people on table 20 has played for a long time, I think they will leave soon." Well, new staff is not a excuse at all. I have lost my mood to pay pool today. Finally, I tidied up the balls and I took to the counter to pay. The fee I need to pay is 6.30, and I pay 6.25 by cash and then I said the 5 cents I pay by eftpos. The staff said the 5 cents they are not accepted. The important thing is, the coins of the 5 cents, is it published by the bank in New Zealand and approved by the New Zealand Government? If it is, why I cannot pay some coins with a 5 cent? There is not any posts mentioning does not accept some kind of coins. Second, does New Zealand government issue that 5 cents is no longer to use? If none, I have my rights to pay coins with a 5 cent. Moreover, when I was paying the fee of my table, I ask for a complain form. The senior staff gave me a blank A4 paper to write. This is ridiculous. Totally bad visit today. The senior India lady was rude and argumentative with me. I have lost my interests on pool and snooker.

NOPE, Best to AVOID this place like the plague! Be wary of the staff members - they'll look for ANY excuse to provoke an argument You'd be best taking your elsewhere. \u003e\u003e ONE very meeek star.

Love going here to play some pool . Their is a large selection of tables and have always enjoyed going. The staff are super friendly and very efficient.
