Nice chicken! Fresh salad. Nice atmosphere. Warm summer evening, was nice to be able to sit outside with the cool breeze. Wasnt advised,when ordering, where their napkins or knives and forks were, that would have been helpful to know.

By seeing good reviews I visited this restaurant with my family today. It was horrible, several fly's were dinning with us. For proof I will upload the photo as well. I had a conversation with the manger of the shop but he was least bothered and not responded well with the concern.

I ordered 1/2 chicken with a side of Peri Peri chips. The chicken was served cut up into 4 pieces and the size was more like a 5 week old baby chick instead of a chicken, so I was not impressed. My fork looked huge next to the piece that was supposed to be the chicken breast. The chips...all the spice was thrown on the top, which made the chips taste bitter, so I couldn't finish these. At 14.50 for half a chicken you'll be better off going to Countdown across the road and buy a fully cooked chicken for 10-13 and a bottle of Nandos sauce off the shelves. It will taste just as good (if not better) and you'll get a lot more meat for your dollar. Very disappointed and won't be going back there.

Very poor customer service... food is good but the staff is not corporative. We went to get some glasses and we took some glass from the counter but it was not washed, even though the staff member saw we taking the glass, he didn’t told anything. Then at last we understood that it is not washed. Food, ambience is good but very bad staff ( only in te rapa store).
