I went along with my husband to find a storage unit and we got served by a young lady who we were told she was trying At the Dinsdale store. She was so welcoming and understanding but very patient as we had a lot of questions. She showed us around and gave us lots of good options and gave us a lot of information which made us feel very welcomed. She was so lovely and kind and very funny! I would recommend her 100/10, however there was another lady there who kept looking over her shoulder and made us feel uncomfortable and should not happen as the girl who served us was more respectful and helpful.

Currently have a storage unit here. Was very easy to apply for a unit. I live in Auckland and did all my paperwork at the airport branch for a unit I needed in Hamilton. The instructions given to access my unit were spot on and easy. The billing is straight forward and the prices are reasonable. I pay roughly 50 a week for a 3 x 3 unit with drive up access.

Make sure you have a good driver if you are bring a trailer. Really tight fit in some places. Good security with big fences. Down a back street
