Honest friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good prices and guarantees. Lots of options for parts. Hour and a half each way to get to them, and next time I need their services I'll do it again without thinking about it. Made an annoying job simple, thank you team.

Customer service was severely lacking. All on phones and no one greeted you, not even "hi, we'll be with u in a minute" It initially felt like walk-ins were an inconvenience. Once we were helped, it was good, the guy was good and helped us. We noticed that the price we were provided on the phone from them the day before was inaccurate as they didn't mention it was plus GST, which certainly does make a difference.
