Not a nice company to deal with property manager kept changing without telling us we would only find out weeks later, had a property manager walk into our apartment at 6pm un announced to clean up a broken meth pipe we complained about that was in the hall out of our apartment not inside. Quick to reply to emails when they need something, take days when you need something.

Tenants have absolutely no rights when a house is being sold under them with 5 days notice. I was assured the photographer would NOT TOUCH OUR STUFF. Get home, no card to say had been but I could tell for all the things ...not only moved but NOT RETURNED to it's proper place. Tea towels I PUT OUT FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHS AS THEY ARE NICE were tossed where the rubbish goes in the pantry. Bowls moved. Plants moved. So many things. small things individually but I was assured this would not happen. At the very least put things back. We are human too. And this is Day 1 of the campaign. No recompense for the intrusions. What does the tenant get out of being so obliging???? We get to move to another dump. Where the process will happen again in 18 months time. Yes I managed to get the open home cancelled 1 weekend SO I COULD MOVE OUT TO MY NEW DUMP. But no apologies from me. I have to move. Who made me move? You, who are having the open homes so blame yourself.
Absolutely outstanding service from Nic Elliottson one of your property mangers and I can't recommend her enough. She goes above and beyond her role in my opinion and is always happy to help with questions and solutions. This has made my move from another city a very happy experience after dealing with a couple of less professional property mangers its great to know Lodge Rentals are doing such an amazing job. As a landlord - I do not recommend. Seemed OK up to the point when I was moving back into one of my rentals, then there was no more communication, and they did not do things I asked for like clean the gutter - which meant it was badly overflowing, and do a final meth test (which needs to BEFORE the bond). The place was not too bad condition however there were a lot of small little annoying damages and things missing (eg push up/down plug in bathroom missing!?!) - things which should have been taken from bond or in the very least communicated to me. Would never use again.
