Needed to post something to China. Tui at the counter inside Paperplus provided every information necessary for me. Nice and friendly service.

Really poor service from Tui at Paper Plus at The Base in Hamilton. Went there at 1.40pm on Sunday afternoon (closing at 2pm) to post a parcel overseas to be told that I need to fill out a form (simple as I have done it before) and was told she won't be posting today and I would have to come back tomorrow. Seemed like she wanted to finish early and wasn't interested in helping or providing a solution. Rude and abrupt and just overall average service.
Service was ok, handy location to post of your in the area :)
