Its A Pop Cult

Absolutely the worst courier service I have ever had the displeasure of using, not only have they killed my live plants that were supposed to be delivered in 24hrs but I'm still waiting over a week later because they say they turned up and no one was home.... there was 6 people and 2 dogs who bark when any once steps foot on our drive you are liars there is no way you came to our house, where is our courier slip? None were left how do you explain that? We then proceeded to get it redelivered to be told it would be there tomorrow ..... so all day today we have been waiting and nothing came, so we call only to be told by esther that it wont be there today and that we have to wait around all day tomorrow for it or....get this.... drive further than the package even came from to collect it. So congratulations NZPost you had one job and you really nailed it! (Attached is a pic from where I sit and work from home all day to the front door you claim to have knocked on while I was sitting there)

I've been coming back to this NZ Post shop since I have moved to Hamilton last year. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, even with requests related to overseas shipping and important documents. Never lost or damaged a shipment sent from here.

I had a missing parcel. Correct address was on the parcel but it was sent to the wrong address to the wrong dude (courier guy didn't even check the name on the parcel!). I rang the number they gave us (must be the head office). The Maori lady was extremely rude saying it is not their fault and a high volume of parcels they deal with justifies that. Flat out rude. She even tried to blame her colleagues for wrongdoings making a bad image for the company. This lady's behaviour was nothing but a disgrace to the company. I have consumer's right to find out what went wrong with my missing parcel and basically all this Maori lady was telling me was to keep my mouth shut and purchase another item from the seller. I hope the company makes their effort to raise the standard of their employees. because atm, it is atrocious.

I've had two parcels delivered to me by this company this year and they've never been received on time. I never received my first parcel but it was signed as delivered. I spent practically a whole working week sorting out how to receive my parcel only to end up having to pick it up myself. The online tracking descriptions were never correct throughout the process. My current parcel was attempted to be delivered yesterday at 9am but was not left on my doorstep. I have requested for it to be redelivered today between 7am-5pm. It is now almost 5:30pm and I have yet to receive it, despite having been out for delivery since 8am. It's always a hassle trying to receive anything from this delivery service.
