Great cause.. but incredibly rude staff, the 10 minutes I was there she was rude to atleast 3 customers including myself. The items also weren’t set out very well and it was hard to find sizes. Would definitely recommend just going down the street to Red Cross.. bigger,set out well and lovely staff

THE ONE STAR IS DIRECTED AT THE SOUR LADY AT THE TILL. THE ONE WITH THE BIG FRAMED GLASSES. YOU SHOULD REALLY BE ASHAMED OF YOUR OVERALL ATTITUDE TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS. WE WERE VERY PLEASANT TO YOU. YET, YOU WERE VERY RUDE, STAND-OFFISH. OVERALL, YOU WERE VERY UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. AND A BAD EXAMPLE TO HAVE AT THE FRONT OF THIS CHARITY ORGANISATION. PERHAPS, YOU NEED A REMINDER THAT IT'S THE SAME PEOPLE THAT BUY FROM YOUR SHOP THAT WILL ALSO SUPPORT YOUR SHOP WITH DONATED GOODS.....WHICH SUPPORTS YOUR CHARITY. I WILL NEVER DONATE TO THIS SHOP. IF YOU DON'T LIKE PEOPLE, I SUGGEST YOU MOVE TO A JOB WHERE YOU HAVE NO PEOPLE CONTACT.
