I've only come here for blood works, requested by doctors at the Dinsdale Medical Centre. Each time I've been in, the service was very prompt. Staff are pleasant and very friendly. Which is great, because I'm a needle fainter. Never had any problems coming here.

After reading a couple of reviews about how long people had to wait to get their blood tests I made sure I rang before I went down in the afternoon on a week day. But, there was no queue at all then. I also had to go back first thing in the morning and I was straight in and out super fast. Lovely staff members who know how to laugh together as well as a very clean and tidy facility I'll be back for sure!

This place really needs staff who can understand patients coming to get test done. They like to send them back and then misplace forms or ask to go to some other place. In addition they like to hang up if you want to verify before visiting the lab

Great and fast service. The lady that took my bloods today was quite friendly and literally when I walked in the door, she popped out of a room and tended to me straight away. Would definitely come back here again. :)
