I hate getting my blood taken but this is the place to go. I have had not had any bad experiences with pain or felt uncomfortable. They let me lie down and make me feel comfortable

Alert level 2 restrictions...sign on doori(in small print) says 5 people only in at a time..when I was there no one seeing that was followed.. people just coming in..not taking notice.. .Also when there is this sort of restriction there should be more than one phlebotomist on....so the elderly arent waiting...and waiting outside in the COLD.
Quick easy and welcoming
Couldn't get a blood test done as they didnt have anymore request forms so went to another lab
Friendly and good at injecting
Fine if you go in, but don't bother calling to make an appointment if you need one. They don't return any of your messages, even though their voicemail says they will.
