Wow what an amazing lady Lyn was to deal with! We felt so happy leaving our beautiful sugar with her. So stress free to deal with when trying to cope with the loss of a pet! She is even dropping sugars ashes back to us on her way past our place! Amazing boxes too. Highly recommend A

I got my furbabes ashes back well before the weeks end it came back to me in a beautiful navy box with a gold embossed sticker with his name on it in black writing and a card telling me the date he was cremated the little touches they added were lovely at such a hard time Thank you
Lyn has cremated three of our fur baby's over the past few years. She has treated us compassionately each time. Her service has always been quick, our baby's have always been returned in a very reasonable timeframe. Thank you Lyn, we would definitely come to you again.

I have had 2 cats done by you. I had to put my dog down a week ago, I've been told by the vets it takes up to 3 weeks. I just want my dog back now. I miss her and its rude to think my baby is there for up tone weeks. Please just please give her back.
hi, (I'm writing this on behalf of my parents) we dropped off our precious dog, that was hard enough. We were meant to get back the ashes in the following days and it was late....and when we followed it up Lynn was rude and lacked empathy towards the situation. We were happy to accept things get delayed but to be offered a tracking number instead of following it up on our behalf was so odd. would I use them again or recommend them.....No thanks
Have used their service twice in last 7 year's. Ignore the few bad reviews....cant imagine what it would be like to deal with emotional people every day and cremate loved pets, bound to have a bad day or 2. Will use this service as long as we are in Hamilton.
Very disappointed in the service was promised my dogs ashes back Monday never received until Thursday .Also I dont think there was the care an support from them after leaving your beloved pets there.It us such an emotional time for us but I just felt there was not enough one on one support.
