I used Rainbow Connections recently to fix a disastrous "half job" by another Hamilton aerial installer who frankly left me with the worst tradie experience ever that included the installer coming back to the property uninvited to remove a booster that left my tenant without any reception. Mike from Rainbow Connections was prompt, professional, explained options and costs and was able to work in with my times to access the property. His costs were significantly less than the previous installer. I highly recommend Rainbow Connections. Top job.

Mike has been helping us fix an issue with our TV for a few weeks. He's provided us with lots of options and ways to help. I phoned him this morning and he came this afternoon and completely fixed what was going wrong, all the while speaking to me in terms I could understand! Great service. Highly recommended!

Bit expensive but always good service
Mike from Rainbow Connections completely exceeded my expectations when mounting my TV to the wall. The service I received was professional, quick, affordable and completed to an extremely high standard. Mike consistently included my thoughts and opinions during the service and ensured that I was happy before finalising any decisions. It was obvious he has great experience and knowledge within the industry, and he educated me on extra services that was available (that I was unaware of), that ensured the overall outcome was beyond what I could have hoped or asked for. He continued to go the extra mile throughout the entire service and was great company, very down to earth.
