Great service, awesome experience, I didn't feel limited by anything including my own fitness. This turned a 30km bike ride into a breeze and I felt like I got to experience the Waikato River in a whole new way. Would recommend to all ages and all fitness levels.

I called the day before to ask if they had a bike for hire suitable for a five-year old, indicating the size of the bike I wanted (16 inch) and my daughter's exact height. They assured me they did so I made a reservation. On the day we drove all the way from Kihikihi to Hamilton and showed up at the time agreed upon. As soon as we arrived we were rudely asked to "get in line" as other walk-in customers had to be attended to first. Then we were told that they did not in fact have a bike of the correct size, since my daughter was "unusually small" for a five-year old... according to the owner's comparison to her own (6) kids! As we were walking out I overheard the owner say "oh no it's one of those days"... Well, apparently this is a new business, and unless they get their act together it looks like there will be plenty more of "those" days.
