I went to Shenanigans last night (27 Feb) and had a good time, they had a live band who were very very good and played fun lively songs - there was a good crowd, well behaved, and a mixture of ages young and old! A great place I think, definitely worth a visit on a night out

Unfortunately cannot wear certain types of shoes despite being a quiet Thursday night. Please ensure wearing dress shoes before trying to enter.
We were a group of 5 travelling south and we stopped by here at around 9pm on Friday 09 Aug. While the place had a good ambience, the lady at the counter was extremely rude. My mates even felt she was racial. After ordering our drinks, we ordered a portion of fries and she ended up screaming, "there's only so much I can do". It then took 45 minutes and 2 reminders for us to get our fries. I presume the place was understaffed, but that's no reason to treat the people who pay you this way. I'm sure the Shenanigans I regularly visited during my uni days can do better!
Nice place, good environment. However it's always rather dark in there, which I think should be addressed
Great music, friendly vibe, awesome venue for an epic night out.
Whether its for a quiet game of pool or a crazy night out this place always surprises me. Love the fireplace

Blond lady at the bar was so rude. Looks like she hated being there. Slammed my drink on the counter. No eye contact. No smile. I've worked in customer service for many years and that is not how you treat people. I was a little scared to buy another drink so went elsewhere.
