It won’t let me select 0 stars to kickstart the experience when I arrived the back shed door was wide open with dozens of caskets sitting there for the world to see and the blonde female working there quickly rushed to slam the door and then we had a service there and the blonde woman conducting it did not want to be there, she asked how long we would be with the friends viewing the casket as “she has a Whanau at home too”. Highly unprofessional service as well as their audio system and mic kept dropping out and making a loud and at times horrendous static and popping sound during memories and speeches. Very disappointing behaviour and service from these alleged “professionals”.

19th July 2019. It was the first day without my Mum and I rang a few places about organising her funeral. The first two were...ok. Not bad, just not great. Then I called Simply Cremations and spoke with Aroha. As a writer, I should have the words to explain how Aroha made me feel, but the short of it, is this. Aroha, exemplifies her name. Aroha, means LOVE in Maori. And that is what Aroha from Simply Cremations gave and continues to give. To my father, whom lost his wife and to myself whom lost her mother. The whole team at Simply Cremations were amazing from beginning to end (literally) but Aroha was the one whom had to deal with my constant questions, txts and calls. And even now, almost a year later, dropping in to see Aroha didn't hurt like I thought it would, because once again she went above and beyond for my father and I and especially my Mum. All I can say, is there are not enough stars in the rating system, because 5 is a paltry amount for the amazing awesomeness that is Aroha from Simply Cremations. Thank you forever and ever Aroha and Simply Cremations, for all that you have done and continue to do for us families that have lost our truly loved one.

Carla and Vicky both assisted us with mums funeral/cremation over the last week and have really gone above and beyond to deliver a beautiful send off to my mum. The new chapel is stunning and the celebrant done a great job running the service. Everyone really made the process of the funeral stress free by organising everything and ensured nothing was missed off. Really appreciate everything you guys have done for us. Thank you

Professional service nice for my grandads funeral. Nice refreshments next door after the service. Toilets here are kept nice and has car spaces.
