Very poor communication and lack of attention to a fault they created during the installation of our new system. Took weeks to get them back to fix a leak on a fitting, then they did not top up system correctly. System now needs attention. Arrogant manager and very lacklustre service from their service technicians. Would not recommend and have told friends and family to avoid at all costs. Useless.

Excellent service! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our needs. Very happy with the outcome of our air conditioner and the suggestions about ducting one major unit in the Living area into the hallway is much appreciated. We did not pay for the quotation as the lady above suggests. The company states that quotes are free. I have found that all the staff are very helpful, rates are very competitive and I would use again. This is a great company! Highly recommended.
All customers must be aware that if you ask this company for a quotation - that you'll be billed for your request. Very disappointed in this company's way of doing business - will never make use of their services again - even if they should be the last company available for the job. They're not interested in customer service at all - only in making money.
