Top customer service, friendly and helpful team, very approachable and knowledge of their product. Recommend to novice anglers wanting to get started. Well worth signing up for the VIP card too.

Bought a set of bennett trim tabs. As I'm fitting the kit I find that the wiring loom and hydraulic hoses are far to short to reach there intended locations. Asked for assistance from Smart Marine. Reply from their management is that because the kit was for a six to 7.5 meter boat they will not assist with getting new, longer piping. I've extended the wiring at my cost already. I now have to make hydraulic lines at a cost of over 300 to get the kit to work. What makes it worse is that the assistant said that they had had this problem with these kits before.. not happy with the service
