Put my solo sprayer in for repair. It came back minus it's over spray protector and they had the temerity to tell me it couldn't have had one on because they couldn't find it in their rubbish. It most certainly did have it on when I took it in! Given the original cost of the sprayer, the 40 price tag on the over spray protector, and the repair at 50% of the price of a new solo sprayer I shant bother with this brand again. I could have bought 2 or 3 15L backpack sprayer from other reliable suppliers for what this one's cost so far.

Brought a burst hose from another product and the found a compatible hose to help out.
Went to get parts ,not available The problem is they change product lines frequently and won't supply parts for the old lines. Probably better to get common reputable and well established brands that have been around a while so that you have a better result with parts availability
