Took my laptop in for a quote to get it fixed. He started playing around with the wifi on it (completely irrelevant when its the sound that wont work) and after deciding to look elsewhere, my laptop would not connect to any network creating a whole new problem. Seems slightly suspicious. Personally I wouldn't consider them again.
