Excellent workout music
I highly recommend STM Fit, the classes cater for people from beginners to gym bunnies. STM Fit Avalon has a great community with welcoming trainers and members alike, it’s a supportive culture that fosters the best in everyone. The trainers are amazing, they teach and challenge you to achieve more than you thought you could possibility achieve in a caring and personal way. I joined over a year ago and have gone from a person who hated the gym to someone who gets up every morning encouraged the attend. I am now fitter, stronger, happier and feel healthier than ever before. Thank you Richard and the team, you all do an amazing job.
STM is just amazing with great people who help each other. Classes are never boring, they keep changing it so you never at your comfort zone ;-) The trainers are so friendly yet at the same time they push you hard to achieve your goals. Richard is so approachable, he is always organising amazing team events and challenges outside of normal classes and during the weekends so people can to socialize and adopt to healthier and better lifestyle. Everyone has big smiles and you feel welcome every time, the family feeling you get just keeps motivating you to go back and push yourself harder. I drive across town just so i can go to STM Fit on Avalon drive. The trainers are awesome, so helpful and friendly. There are some serious family vibes with the team and I say team because all the people who go work together, encourage one another and helps each other out. Every session is a fun session!
Amazing group of people that become your family. Awesome atmosphere and support to achieve your fitness goals. Highly recommend !!
