The one time I desperately need to call you the phone lines are too busy. Constantly not being told correctly what I need to do for my application. And takes til the third week of study to bloody get anywhere. Doesn’t matter when you start your application

They sucks at this job was the worst 2 hours of my life wasted. And I’m still waiting for my student allowance to be processed after 2 months waste of energy.
Whoever served me on the phone was an extreme downbuzz. He scoffed, sighed at me, and had the most unenthused attitude ever. Studylink seriously needs a revamp of their staff, and the whole operations.
They tell you at the start of your hold time how long the wait currently is and also offer you to call you back when you're first in queue so you can do other things while waiting . Customer service is great. Four stars because occasionally you have bad experiences but 9/10 they're great
Was on hold for more than 30 minutes and then once I got through had my call hung up on as it was 10 minutes before closing time, Give you zero options to contact via email or live-chat, hopeless service
Waiting time on phone lines exceed 30 minutes Theres no email to contact someone direct and I am still waiting for my student loan to be approved as study starts in 2 weeks. The ministry need to work on having customer representatives for study link I finally got through to Studylink after suffering long winded hold music for 47 minutes - it's really not good enough
Excellent service with understanding, caring and hard-working staff.
