For over the last 20 years, my profession has had me travel all over the world, and can honestly say I have never had to deal with such incompetence and unprofessional behavior of an administration team, and what is more staggering is that this is a medical practice in New Zealand, quite unbelievable!!! I must be very clear that this review is not of the actual work of Dr Loluhea who showed complete professionalism at all times. What was not made clear is that Surgeons on Clarence do no accept direct insurance payments or do they help in the facilitation of insurance payments. It was only due to the help of the kind staff at Anglesea Hospital or I would be out of pocket over 3,000 nzd.. My advice, avoid them like the plague!!!!!!
