How do you think when u is looking forward to having a nice drink, but you found two tiny plastic pieces appeared in your mouth during you drinking... Honestly, I’m so sad and quite annoyed! Although I received good greeting, the clean and safety food is the most important and essential for a drink store! Please ask staff too ok be more careful when they make each single drink! Don’t want to be asked by others to say no evidence, so I took this photo immediately when I stop driving.

I bought a salad today, asked for a couple of ingredients to be left out and they werent, they remade it and then didnt put dressing on :-( Seriously underwhelmed -14.50 is not cheap, so wont be going back

So bad service. The front staff is indifference. I cant go again. The first negative comment just for the tank centre place.

Rarely is there good customer service here. Can you at least greet me with a smile? When staff are standing in the prep area and make eye contact, don’t glare, give a smile! Most of the stars in giving is because the food is usually good. Sometimes I will have a warm smoothie and the chicken has a weird freezer aftertaste.
