Very good healthy option, new smoothie bowls are delicious and well presented. The staff are always friendly and the wait times are usually very fast even when there is a queue. The best health concious option in te awa mall and I would the new smoothie bowls as they are very filling, delicious and well priced for what they are.

Terrible, rude and accusational service, particularly from the branch manager. I frequently order the raw plant tank that's on special for the week to share with my baby. Turns out there was none of those on special this week, just the all berry. No worries, I ask if I can have the All Berry with no yoghurt as we have dairy allergies. Staff member says no problem and takes my money. The manager comes up behind the staff member and embarrasses her and tells her she's done it wrong. No amendments are to be made to the special tank at all and I am to be charged extra now. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and would never talk to my staff like this or make it the customer's issue for the sake of 2. Even though all I want is to ommit an ingredient that would harm my child, I am to be charged extra. This makes no sense whatsoever but since it's in the apparently dogmatic terms and conditions on the website, and it can't be ignored. I got a refund and cancelled my order since the only reason I wanted the drink was because it was cheap and for my daughter. You have lost a customer for life because you wouldn't leave out some yoghurt which would not have been to the detriment your business. Even if this was unavoidable, the attitude of the manager was so poor that I wouldn't care to interact with her again. I wasn't to know this rule existed and I resent being treated like it was .h responsibility to read the terms and conditions in preparation for buying a drink.
