I have been looking for a recliner chair. I saw one that I thought fitted the bill. I thought about it long and hard. Finally today I went and purchased it. The shop people arranged to prepare the chair to go into my vehicle. It was at that point in the different light situation, I realized the chair was a different color to what I thought it was. I was really mortified. The lady who dealt with me was absolutely brilliant. She arranged for a refund to be made. In fact all the staff whom I dealt with, were very good to me. I am very grateful to them. I certainly will go to that shop again to check if they have the product that meets my requirements. Once again thank you so much for your help and patience.
