We were in serious need of a new bar and chain for our chainsaw these guys close at 12pm, we called at 11.58am and asked if they could wait for us and THEY DID. It might not seem like much but they stayed open especially for us and were super helpful. We got everything we needed, specific to the chainsaw we had. We got bar oil that was by far the best priced around and they chap who helped us out really knew his stuff. Awesome, really awesome.

Having delt with this company for over 15 years, I was more than pleased to have the same dealings with the young guy at the counter this morning. My mower is made up of parts and not off the shelf. The young guy at the counter was very quick to help sort the issue with my blades and the price was very reasonable as always. Keep up the great work, it is always a pleasure to be one of your customers.

Purchased a brand new Shindaiwa trimmer from them and have had it for less than two years. Told them it's always had problems restarting. Taken it back to them to have it checked and 'retuned' a few times and each time it was chargeable materials labour. Took it back to them one final time to have it 'retuned' changed spark plug (a third one already) changed fuel filter and on the day of pick-up the boy said it will run like new. He tries to test and start it in front of me and struggled and after getting frustrated he just throws it on the work bench while the big brother comes over to 'fine tune' it and just hands it over back to me without even saying a word assuming it was fixed. The next day I go to use it and the same problems happens again. I asked about the Shindaiwa warranty and to have it checked by them and they tell me to bring it in and they'll install a new carb... I emailed and asked how much will it cost me this time and if it is covered under warranty - no reply from them. Rude service. I wouldn't go there again.

Took lawn mower in to get fixed told it would be a week yurn around. Took weeks . Have had the lawn mower back for 2 weeks only mowed lawn once and now it is no longer going with same daults as when i took it in. Hasn't been fixed at all .

Don’t waste your time. Took my line trimmer in 3 weeks ago. Got told it would be a week. Called Monday just passed and was advised it was getting worked on that day. Came in today still hadn’t been worked on. Go somewhere else.
