WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I went for a mini manicure and bikini line wax. I wanted mainly to get rid of ridges. I was expecting the professional to know how to do it, use proper tools and get nails looking neat. I had to ask for timing nails, had to ask for smoothing the edges... the professional wouldnt just do things by herself just by seeing nails not looking good. The wax was the same. She put wax in areas even if only a few hair were there instead of using tweezers. She didnt wait for wax to cool down of position herself or you to get a better angle to pull.

Pauline is amazing, the girls are lovely and my lashes are flawless! Had one small issue with glue not holding properly a few months back, when informed the response I received was professional and when given the chance to rectify, boy did they! Talk about customer service with a bang

Hygienic which is what I was looking for but junior therapist wasn't very confident which made me feel a bit anxious. Also didn't wax one of my armpits well. Prices are good and location makes parking easy. Might give them another go before I write it off.
