Was pretty underwhelmed unfortunately. Under 4 area has hardly anything for under 18 months to do, a few rocking horses and trikes, if too young for the bouncy castle. Felt chipmunks was a better set up overall for the big kids and especially the baby area. Paying 8 on the weekend for a 12-23month old when all they supply is 3 rocking horses, a slide and a couple trikes is pretty steep. Maybe have some toys suitable for littlies, balls, giant blocks, baby toys would be a welcome addition.

Nice place for kids Clean toilets Very good staff Lot of space for kids birthday party Good rides for kids They do have stuff for big kids like table tennis Only this got 1 less star is because few rides need repairs and just few wear and tears which is expected anyways but really awesome place for kids Lots of car park so nothing to worry for car parking

Not my first time being here but today I went there with my autistic son we were the first ones there because me son doest like large crowds, so it was quiet, one of the staff members turned the blow up slide on which was too loud for my son so she turned it off for a good 45 minutes. Thank you so much for catering to my sons needs I really appreciate it

It wasnt a chipmunks but it was ok. Kids loved it and it had good lighting aswell. Love how you can sit outside the play area and let the kids go for it! Couches inside the play area for adults was a good addition too.Awesome having a piano in the little kids area me and my baby spent a good amount of time on it. Service could be better as they take ages to serve you. All in all 8/10

Great place to take the kids, relax, have a coffee while the kids go crazy playing. Clean, tidy, affordable and the staff is very friendly and kind. Best indoor playground I know in Hamilton.

Was my first time here. This place is good for children to play, however they were very short staffed & wouldn't use this venue again for a birthday. The food catered for the children was below average for sure. Our coffees weren't made because of short staff so they had to refund our money.

Wet summers day activity. Kids had fun as they went with other kids. Collective array of activties/toys. Some toys have seen better days. Very hot & I was only sitting down doing nothing

Understaffed, long wait for coffees etc. Arrived 10mins early to set up and they wouldn't unlock door but just stared at us. Someone could have quickly opened the door and said "sorry we are just cleaning up we will be about 10mins" then they let us in 5mins after opening time.
