On the 3rd of September 2020, I was served by a worker called Stacey. She was so lovely and genuine in her care. It is very hard to find a worker that isn't just focused on serving the customer and moving on with their tasks. Her smile and service was genuine and I could tell that she cared about her customers. It was very refreshing and beautiful. It was one of the best levels of service I have ever gotten from The Warehouse company. The staff tend to be reliable, honest and helpful. I don't normally go out shopping but I do enjoy this area and it's service/products.

We parked underground to shop there, there was weird parking officer staring at us, but at paystation reserved parking via plate number which was free for 2hrs. It never has paper in it so no receipt printed. After 40mins we returned and found parking ticket printed 10 mins earlier. Then warehouse staff asked us to call the number printed on the ticket, we called and found out that you can only pay through that no customer service neither any complaint mechanism. Then I filed the complaint online they registered it but didn't provide any proof like email or receipt of case of case number. Looks like a ghost company playing up with legal system of New Zealand by not providing receipt of parking, not responding to customer service line and neither providing any proof of complaint registration.

Kyran was very nice today and very non discrimanatory he even shouted on the top of his lungs "I love all the colours and races" however his outfit was not appealing at all id prefer it if it was yellow, the person to really complain about was Phil and I think the mention of him says it all. Thanks Wendy send love to the kids.
Really unhelpful with jewelry and sizes. After waiting for 10 minutes at the counter down stairs after asking for help the lady although polite was very unhelpful with ring sizes and although I wanted to purchase other things I left without buying anything. Normally a great store with helpful people
