Was partially deaf so went here and got my free ear canal check. Also got my microsuction procedure done later. Painless and convenient. The staff really know what they're doing.

Hi team & Theresa! I wanted to reach out and send you a massive thank you for seeing my Mum at such short notice on the 1st June. My Mum had been palmed off by a previous clinic in Auckland about being able to hear her heartbeat in her ear and decided while visiting my family in Hamilton to come to the clinic for a second opinion. Thank goodness she did. Theresa you made us both feel so at ease and gave life saving advice to Mum to see her GP as soon as possible as the heartbeat in the ear was a precursor for a stroke. Mum saw a specialist yesterday for testing, her GP and specialist sung your praises for your quick action and thinking outside the box for her to be seen straight away which has now potentially saved her life. From start to finish the clinic staff were amazing, friendly and fun and we both felt so confident leaving and were so impressed with how well run the clinic was, it is clear that the fabulous team was built around your fabulous leadership and business model. Again, I cannot thank you and the team enough for what you have done for my Mum and our family. She is the rock and most important person in so many people's lives and you saved her.
