Recently purchased a Weber BBQ grill plate, when package received the item was not what we thought it was. Picture not very clear on website. I phoned the customer service & they had to check if we could return it. In the end we had to pay a restocking fee & the postage costs for the original delivery as well as return postage costs. Very disappointed with service, will not be using Turfreys again.

Courtney followed up with us after the lockdown lifted and advised about the special they had running.
