DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY DRIVING TEST AT THIS BRANCH. PLEASE GO TO OTHER BRANCH. Very rude full license driving test inspector. He was more focusing on tidying his clothes instead of giving instruction. At one point car reached to the end of the street but he didn't say should go left or right until the car completely stopped (and yes there was not STOP sign). Better VTNZ close off this branch and save some money.

Not too sure why many of the reviews are so negative towards the driving test. I sat my FULL without any issues. He did pull me up for not looking over my shoulder before entering the median but that was on me. I feel people are just terrible drivers and they can't handle it

Good service, friendly and seemed honest. Helpful and decent. Will go back.

I see 160 later why noone likes to sit their PRACTICAL LICENSE TEST at this place. I should of listened to the NEWS ARTICLE about this place, and avoided this place at all costs.

Called up to find out if I needed to make a booking to run my caravan through a wof, the staff member told me that they do not do bookings and that I just have to show up, left the house moments later and upon arrival was promptly told by the same woman I had on the phone that they weren't taking any more unless I had a booking? She was so smug about it too.. I will never step foot in that place again

Rude customer service. Waited in line for almost two hours, had two more trucks pull up behind us. Decided to go pay before service and the woman at the service desk told us they aren’t taking anymore vehicles. We were fourth in-line from service at this time. She accused us of only just turning up in the last half hour and that their staff had already closed the lane. I watch two trucks and a caravan be serviced and had a receipt from leaving the dump just before pulling into vtnz. We spoke to the drivers both in front of us and behind us and all said no workers closed the lane or spoke to them. I am not mad about about being turned away, the work load is hectic however, I just hate being accused of lying. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Insisting we have only just arrived. We then asked how are we meant to get out of the lane and she she kept repeating “no, no, nup, can’t do it”, then said to her coworker “these guys reckon they’ve been here for two hours, nah I don’t think so, they should’ve paid half an hour ago”. We really didn’t want to stick around to argue, she was very confrontational and her general negative attitude just ruins your day. Not suitable for customer service.

Had to wait 2hrs (!!!) sitting in a queue in my car. (Went 10am Fri morn). About 12 cars in queue and checking only 1 car at a time (even though there's room and staff for 2 cars). After test - anther 2 hrs: went back to get repair checked and be signed off. (I don't resent needing a repair). Was told to join same queue as the cars for their full test !!!! What's wrong with having your failure repair checked in a separate place? Never to be used again.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Please send Ange at the front desk on a training course to get some skills on how to treat people appropriately/ in a more professional manner and how to separate her personal opinions from her workplace behaviour.
