I had a talk with the receptionist today morning. I have quite clear communication and this is the first experience for me. The receptionist was bent upon telling me that she could not understand me. Raechal, and she clearly pointed out that I was so difficult to understand. I have talked hundreds of people during all these years, but she is probably the rudest person I have come across. It's a multicultural country and people have different accents, but as long as one has clear communication and the other person is understanding everything but saying ten times that you are so difficult to understand points towards something else.
