Before I started with Michelle, being emotionally, physically and mentally exhausted was my world. I had been to the doctor on a regular basis with constantly low b12 and iron levels. I always wanted to know why this was happening but I kept being given medication and told this was hormonal. Having hot flushes, feeling exhausted and being constantly bloated was not normal! Michelle helped me to understand why this may be going on and how we could look at making this work. Michelle developed a nutrition plan that was individual, holistic and achievable to my needs. My body now feels nourished, energised and healthy. I am now sleeping through the night and not waking up feeling more tired than when I went to bed the night before. Michelle not only helps with assessing your nutritional needs, she will support you with feeling better and doing it the right way. You have to want to change and commit to this, but how it makes you feel is worth it.
