Absolutely beautiful Chinese dining. Great place to eat with family or friends. Large tables with rotating 'lazy Susan' for shared dining. Dish after beautiful dish brought out to us. Tanks of live fish & crayfish. Clean restrooms. Very popular.

Excellent food. Best yum cha style restaurant I've been to. Could do with some upgrading in terms of decor especially the self serve cutlery and sauce station. Having 'stuff on the end of dish titles is a bit of a giggle
Fast, good food. Had just opened for dinner when we arrived so not many people. Service was good and fast. Had meat on rice, tripe, chicken feet, pork bun, tsu mai, spring roll, dumpling. All good. Will be back
Food was delicious especially their salted egg custard bao! Perfectly done! 4 star for the lack of service and even though it was self service for utensils and cutleries, they didn't have any on the shelves and had to ask for them multiple times. Thus the first round of food was cold by the time we got our plates etc. Other than service food was excellent and not ridiculous Auckland prices!
Worst customer service ever. The lady with food trolley started talking to one of their regulars in Cantonese and completely ignored me when I was still talking to her about the food I wanted to have from the trolley. Extremely rude. Then I went to one of the staff (a young man)to order food and was told they usually don't take orders, you can only take food from their trolleys. I mean why bother doing a business if you don't even take orders. Finally there was a nice lady who took our orders. It's like we have to beg to order food in a restaurant, ridiculous!
Went here last night with a friend. Highly recommend. The yum cha food was nice and fresh, our wait staff were really friendly and smiley which made us feel welcome. Price was right too. We used to go elsewhere for yum cha but will come here from now on.
Appalling service. We were served only 3 dishes, 30 minutes after being seated. A young man on the wait staff was busy flirting with 3 young ladies while taking their order (they arrived 20 mins after we did). When I stopped him to ask him to take our order, he did it with very bad grace and a sour face. There was another snooty lady who acted as if the customers were a nuisance. We didn't get any food even after placing orders, so we were ready to leave and go to another restaurant that actually wanted customers. When we went to pay for our Chinese tea and the 3 measley dim sum dishes we had eaten (after being there for 45 minutes), a friendlier lady (possibly the boss) twigged that we were walking out because we were fed up. She apologised and the dishes we were waiting for magically appeared. The food was acceptable, but I recommend that people go to restaurants that actually want their custom and avoid this place.
