I love this hostel it has such a great charm, it reminds me totally at some areas in Japan, where you have this little hostels in onsen areas. The hostel is perfectly located and it’s super clean and super comfy, try the massage chair, awesome after a long hike. Those owner couple is super friendly and very helpful you will love this place.

Absolutely lovely little independent hostel! I really enjoyed my stay there, met nice people and that massage chair is certainly weird but also really good after a day of walking! And the fire is so nice and warm on a cold winter day, really makes the atmosphere to be a real cozy place! Only the mattresses could be replaced as I felt every coil spring... :/
Great quiet Backpackers, more like a lodge. Superb couple running the place, so helpful. 200M from town but still quiet. 1 night became 3.
The location is absolutely amazing and this hostel, while quite small, is cosy, quiet and relaxing. It also has a very nice outdoor area. The host Yoko is a lovely friendly person. I would have rated it higher, but I was disappointed not to receive any refund at all for the night I didn't stay there (I advised them the day I arrived that I would only be staying 2 nights, not the three I had orepaid for, as had to leave Hamner early). My advice would be to avoid prepaying if you can, to avoid losing your money.
I don't remember how many times I've stayed here There are a lot of good points in this Backpacker If I mention about best point is owner (Tolistan and Yoko ) They are so lovely, make a good conversation, hard work, good explanation about Backpacker and Backpacker is cleaned up by owner, it's so good cleaning Thank you always Tolistan and Yoko
