Loved this place! Super relaxing and not badly priced. Food was good and at the expected sort of cost. Would be the perfect place to take the kids with everything you need to keep them entertained for the day with water slides, lazy river, 22 different pools. Would recommend getting a locker to keep all your gear together so that you don’t lose it as it gets quite busy fast! Will definitely return when I’m next in the area!

What a spot! I see what all the hype is about! These pools are lovely, a wide variety of hot sulphur pools, warm mineral pools and a bunch of kids pools. There are 4 awesome waterslides for kids over 5 and 4 smaller slides for kids under 5. Nice lazy river too. The tickets are a little expensive but well worth it, the place is immaculate. Pro Tip: go mid week if you can and avoid the school holidays

This is my happy place. We just head straight for the aqua therapy pools and stay there. Total bliss! Great place for families with young kids too but us middle aged peeps enjoy the adults only pools. Only complaint is that it gets a bit crowded there, even in the time of Covid. Oh well, can't have it all!

Love this place. Lots of different hot pools with decent depths. Is great when the light is starting to fade and the sky is overcast. Gets all misty and the vibe in the pools amongst the giant trees is awesome. My phobia of small spaces means I don't do the hydra slides, but I do like the one where you take an inflatable down the big bowl thing. It's mostly open top which means I don't find it too scary. The lazy river is also good fun. Highly recommended the massages from the spa too. Couples massage is the best, and the staff are excellent.

Had a great time here with my 12 year old. So many pools to choose from. There's only one pool the kids cannot enter otherwise they can go in all. Swim suits and towels can be rented. Locker cost us 6. Cafe is pretty good with a variety of food. We tried their pizzas that were real good. Pools are different temperatures and all mentioned on the pool. Massage available but needs prior booking. Slides are amazing but were too long so we could not try it.

Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommended the drive out to try this place out!! Well worth it. I little pricey for entry but I can understand that the cost to run is high. It is always very well maintained and clean. Pools are beautifully clean and blue. The only down sides are the paths during the sun are so hot that they burn your feet. They some times have water spraying on them but other times they don't so perhaps something for them to look into. Also finding that the entrance process has slowed down a lot!

Earlier this month I had the pleasure of visiting this complex and stayed most of the day. Great selection of pools and temperatures. Something for everyone, activities, food and refreshments, plenty of area for non swimming. Went during the week so it was not very crowded. Great day

Hadn't visited in 3 years and was surprised to see the new additions - the Conical Thrill vertical slide, under-8 kids play area with slides and the new cascading pools. It seems though that with all the improvements the pricing has also gone up steeply which was quite a shock! Locker system is also much better than previously.
