The ladies in the women's wear dept were amazing today. I went in to buy some work clothes and they couldn't have been more helpful. So helpful, honest and friendly. They were just such a help and made the whole experience lovely. Retail therapy at its best Thanks ladies, see you soon!

Got the kids to try clothes for winter so I can be ready for the next sale as Farmers has great ones and I do ALL my kids clothes shopping here and spend a lot with Farmers. I purchased close to 100 of clothes today we needed and couldn't wait for a sale and the younger staff member said negatively Oh My Goodness when I brought up the pile I said we would buy next time and were just trying. She made me feel so stink. Then we did some more shopping and as we left she gave me a very nasty look as she was hanging back up the clothes my children tried. Made me feel very horrible about my shopping experience here today :(
Not a pleasant experience. I phoned ref a portable air conditioner and spoke to Dave. Dave said the only one they had was the display model. I said that will do fine but is there a discount on the unit. He said he phone back and let me know. Dave phoned to say yes a further 5% discount but said once I taken the unit "don't expect to bring it back or exchange it for something else". I went to the store where I met Dave who had the unit plugged in while he did the paperwork. He had trouble working out the 5% discount. Then gave said paperwork to me and got rid of me As if I'd stolen something. Not nice A good deal but Dave! Have training in customer relations and good manners.

On Monday we were we greeted with a friendly smile as we walked into the store. Looking for the children's section, we were warmly directed upstairs by another smiling assistant. At checkout we were once again greeted with a smile and cheerful conversation. Searching for gift paper downstairs. ..another cheerful assistant led us to a selection and then finalized the sale. All within 10 minutes. Great staff Farmers. Makes all the difference.
Not many clothes to choose to..Hope to see more designer brands in the future....not a well organized shop.. Hope the shop was bigger....love shopping at Farmers for cosmetics..and clothing if more to choose....men's wear doesn't offer much...was bit disappointed last time i shopped there...
Farmers was good but a little.pricey for me Nice range though
Lady staff member was extremely helpful and polite showing her excellent customer service capabilities, great.
