TWICE “Will” couldn’t be bothered to turn up. The snooty rude woman on the phone couldn’t be bothered to even tell me he wasn’t coming the second time. Oddly enough Ms Snooty some people have jobs to go to and don’t have time to waste waiting around for your unprofessional staff! I don’t know how some businesses survive!

Customer care is less than average, if you have a problem with the install, then you are just being awkward, picky etc. Really appreciated the onsite conversation with the employee who described the faults as a 5 min fix followed by if you dont pay up we should go to court, along with a nice exchange of profanities, I agreed on going to court, but said employee was told to shut up and go and sit in the ute by the other team member. Asked for gates to be installed in line with driveway, got gates installed out of line and plumb. After much back and forth was told I should have told the guys who fitted the posts where to put them?? My mistake, should have supervised install. Also if post were to be moved to put gates in line would incur more costs on top of initial quote.? Company admitted fault and reduced final bill by only 200 to 2679.50, still totally unhappy with the end result and the harassment to my wife on site but have paid in full. Still awaiting details of membership to any professional organisations to continue and take the matter further. I hope you have a better experience than we did.
They make good quality stuff and deliver it when promised. Perhaps more geared towards trade customers. The lack of eftpos is a bit of a hassle. Also, the website sucks.
