If we could give no stars we would. Went into store, ordered shower screen in glass, requested certain type, "No problem, we can do that". They came to measure, "No problem, we can do that". Installed turned up, started work, whoops, something isn't ride, queried the design saying this isn't what was ordered. Well dam.... Nasty rude, little piece of work. This is not what was ordered... and then the ranting began. Will never use this company or recommend this company EVER.

Had a really good experience at Home Plus.l had a drawer that had been damaged by previous owner of 3 year old house that we just purchased.The front of the drawer came off the first time we opened it, very disappointed especially when previous owner denied anything was wrong with it. So l took to HomePlus who gave me replacement parts free of charge, this just made my day. Big thankyou to the team at HomePlus.

Installed two glass shower doors both had dropped and now hit & don’t close properly. Left messages call and no follow up. Now subsequently water leaks onto the floor. Bizarrely they were more interest in flogging their Clear Shield Glass kit and treatment system which lasted less than a month in Havelocks Hard Water. They need to focus on the end customer not the building company they supply too. They are better off winning support with customer service & follow up, and building trust in customers by simply selling a squeegee, tigers paw & some Rain X. Might have used them on subsequent projects and could have recommend them in future.

Wanted to replace shower in September 2017 and it is now May 2019 - Took 9 months for someone to come and look at the job I required - after another 9 months still have not heard back. Rang numerous times and still no action! So finally decided to change to tiled shower as needed to have custom made and could be commenced in 7 weeks. Now not replying to the contractor I had employed!! He has tried 6 times to get a price for a shower door!! Absolutely would not deal with now and would definitely not recommend. Perhaps you could get some advice from Shower Solutions on customer service - they had a price which I have accepted within 4 days with a turnaround of 5-7 days once ordered.
