The baking is good, actually very good. But the the service and coffee is ridiculous. When a flat white comes out hotter than an instant coffee...you've gone way, way off track! Not rude, just slow and awkward, and badly arranged. I would pop in and grab a loaf more often if I knew it was going to be a quick and efficient.

So disappointed! We purchased 4 chocolate crossaints to take to friends we were visiting & also grabbed a loaf of Turkish Bread, packet of biscuits & Hot Cross Buns. The crossaint tasted about 2 days old - certainly not fresh & the Turkish bread apart from not having the texture of Turkish Bread also tasted about 2 days old. Disgusting - for the charged would expect fresh & top quality. The hot cross buns were ok. Won’t be back sorry
For food that is flavourless, the price is very high... 10 for hot cross buns has tipped me over the edge.
Always enjoy what I eat or drink from here Specially the soups now the days are getting colder
Clean and tidy place. My iced coffee was bit of a letdown until I added sugars. But my companions got frappes and they were really nice. You might want to trying making the donuts more doughy.

Very disappointing choice or lack of choice of food. Iced chocolate was more like a glass of milk with a tonne of cream on top. Not nice at all. Won't go there again
