No headphones, no music just the droning of the conveyor belt and forklifts, if you talk to your colleagues (even instructing new people about what to take off the belt) you will be told to stop talking and they will switch your position with someone else. Very old school way of working where you are just a number to them. No PPE provided either so be prepared to get wet clothes
