Possibly the worst company I've had to deal with in a long time. Advertised infinity hot water special so decided to get a quote had nothing but terrible service from that point on. Organized time for quote, tradesman arrived 3 hours earlier no communication with me that he was coming earlier so quote was based on what he could see externally. Waited an hour for him before I rang to find he'd already been. Quote came in 1000 more no explanation why. He didn't even come in to house to check job. When I've phoned with questions pre quote got different answers or no answers to my questions. Had to phone to see when I'd even get the quote. Took me 3 weeks to get no where. Ended up Phoning another company. Infinity installed next day no problems. Wish I hadn't wasted 3 weeks trying to organize thru turfreys that got me no where. Will never use this company and recommend others not too

Excellent service from Dave and a great showroom. I was looking for a Weber BBQ. They had exactly what I wanted and all the accessories are there too. Dave filled in the 5 year guarantee, threw in a cover & extra drip trays, helped me load into my vehicle. I love good service. Thanks.
Ordered Weber products online... what can I say but wow! amazing service from start to finish speedy delivery ordered on Monday evening arrived on Wednesday evening. Will definitely use again and recommend to others
These guys need to work on their 'follow up'. Purchased a fireplace from Turfreys last year and have been experiencing an issue. After calling via phone call and also into their store 'twice' asking for someone to give us a call about this, we haven't had any communication to date. As a result we went elsewhere for advice. Would not recommend this company

Had to rebook plumber for the next day as he couldn't make it. Turned up to rental property at 8am to fix the leaking tap, found the tap needed to be replaced but couldn't find the toby. Plumber rang at 4.41pm to inform me that the job still hadn't been done, but has found the toby and needs to clear the garden to get to the toby but I would have to pay extra for him to do so. I told him it was very unprofessional of him to ring me 8 hours later and that if he had rang me earlier I would've told him where the toby was and even gone to the property myself. I informed him that he was not to go any further and that I will get someone else to fix the tap. Today I get a invoice for 174.80 of which 126.00 is for 1.50 hours work. What a joke. I definitely will not be using this service again.
Avoid this place if you want professional city like customer care. No lovely sales girl but a strange and difficult provincial customer service
