Really nice facility, well thought out design for the waiting area. Great selection of high quality available items. Staff were really personable, and the vet we saw was the right mix of practical, knowledgeable, and kind. We had a minor mishap enroute with our cat carrier and they had a rental available that made taking the cats home a breeze. The prices are reasonable, not the cheapest you can find, but fair for the quality of what they have on offer.

We brought our cat here because we weren’t impressed with the other clinic we went to. Our cat gets very anxious and fussy around other people, he will claw his way out of anything if he’s uncomfortable. The last clinic couldn’t even get their hands on him to get his temp or weight, so we were very apprehensive about bringing him in this morning. But man oh man was our experience at this clinic the complete opposite. The vet (Mia) was AHHMAZING with our boy. She was so personable with him, always making sure she didn’t do anything to make our boy feel threatened, and made us feel like she had all the time in the world to get to the bottom of the issue. She got his temperature, weight AND listened to his heart & breathing with her stethoscope. She was very personable with us and gave us SO much information, it didn’t feel like a guessing a game or that we had to go home and try to figure it out ourselves through google. We are so ecstatic about our experience here. This place is definitely our go to for our boy even if it’s a 20 minute drive!!
Great service and attention to your needs.. staff spent some time answering all the questions I had and gave me details of the services they offered. Appeared quite caring and interested in my dog and how they could help.
