Have never had a ruder staff member than the one we dealt with at MH Henderson. We were shopping with a young girl who had just lost her mum and wanted something special, the assistant ruined our experience by refusing to provide a serial number of the item we chose so we could come back later/shop around/shop online when the timing suited us. Very unhelpful and bad attitude, absolutely no compassion - money hungry and it shows.

On the majority I have had some bad experiences visiting this store. Consistantly pushing you to purchase things way out of your price range and completely different from what you originally wanted, even after a polite NO that is not what I am wanting... this really ruins the shopping experience especially at this time of year.

The staff is very pushy and i said no for their product as it was very expensive and way over my budget. But, the lady was very pushy and offered me discount. They trick customer by saying higher price and then offer discounts on it and fool customer. I checked on their website and i found that the discount that i was offered is already available on their website. So, they may offer 5% then 10% and then 15%(i.e. already mentioned on website). Plus, the staff told me that finance is available without any extra charge or fees and interest free. Then i found out that finance company will charge 80 extra. So, I'm not gonna recommending this branch to anyone. I had very bad experience.

Asked them to call me when the ring was done and not my partner, as I wanted to give her the ring for a surprise. They called my partner anyway. Thanks for nothing. Extremely disappointed. Element of surprise GONE!!!

We visited your store at the Henderson Mall only to shop around and ended up buying a beautiful ring. We were so impressed with the exceptional customer service from the manager Kanaksha who was so sweet, courteous and showed us a huge range and helped us with the selection. She is indeed a great asset to your organisation. Keep up the good work Girl.
