Excellent Job done by Shahnaz Team, they made me feel comfortable by giving an excellent job. I was having acne issue for years and after doing their customized facial treatment and snow peel , my skin looks shiny and all the marks which I had for years started to fade. They recommended me sessions and I made it regular to get the best result. Home care advice and products they offered is excellent. I strongly recommend this place to all of you who have issues with your skin. :)

I have been using their laser services and apparently the growth has reduced considerably. The lovely staff is really patient in explaining, listening to the client's concern unlike one of the other places I was visiting in the past. Pinki is really lovely and welcoming. I had called earlier three times to make an appointment and come through to the leave a message on voicemail but I didn’t. I was in Westcity mall getting my nails done and a lovely lady named Pinky called me back to assist me and apologised for missing my calls because they were busy. Pinky was awesome suggested brow mapping as I am growing back my natural thick eyebrows and I also wanted to try Henna. I am over the moon finally someone who listens and follows through with what I wanted. Thank you so much Pinky you have made my day amazing and I will definitely be buying your eyebrow package you suggested to me. Thank you so much Pinky have an awesomeness day.

What an amazing service given by Dolly today. I am so impressed and happy with the facial that I got done today. She was polite, professional and friendly. Honestly hands down it's the best and my go to place for all my beauty needs. Keep up the amazing work. Highly recommended!!

Quite disappointed and stressed after visiting the salon this weekend - ended up going home with a scalded forehead after the staff member placed a burning hot scissor above my eyebrows while threading. It could have been a genuine mistake which I was totally willing to let go, as I was initially not aware of what had happened except for a sharp pain. But without checking if I’m allergic they applied what they said was aloe vera cream which aggravated my pain while they seemed to want to continue with the the services! I refused and looked at the mirror and only then did I realise what happened. Very sad to see how they trivialised the injury and the lack of first-aid knowledge. I hope this does not turn into a permanent scar which may never fade.
