Very happy with my experience at Primecare Dental. I saw Dr Jason Koo for a checkup and clean. He was exceptionally thorough and gentle, and showed a genuine care for his patients. I usually bleed with cleaning but I was amazed there was no bleeding and very minimal pain with his gentle technique. Plus it was awesome to be able to watch Netflix whilst getting treatment!! Highly recommended!

Went for a checkup and clean and the service was just amazing. Very professional but still welcoming and kind atmosphere. Would highly recommend anyone to visit. Added bonus that you get to watch TV while he works on your teeth.

Dr. Jason is one of the best. I took my two little ones to him. It was my 4-year-old's first dentist appointment and she walked away still smiling after two fillings in one visit. Great for grownups and kids. Impeccable service.

Coming from the Philippines, I had dental braces when I arrived here in New Zealand in 2017. Considering my unusual situation, Primecare Dental continued my dental braces and I had it done in 2019. I'd like to say thank you to Dentist/Dr. Jason Koo who took care of my case. And to the receptionist, Tricia, and to the friendly nurses. It was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommended!

Had a great experiance with a Scale and Clean with Dr Sanchit. He fully explained what my X-Rays ment and gave me an honest assessment based on my bite and what to expect as a natural course at around the 10 - 15 year mark. After the appointment he gave me a few tips on how to better clean my teeth at the back of my mouth. All up, really helpful and a great commuicator.
