I have travelled a lot during this summer. This place took me by surprise. Secluded in a small rural town, I wasn't expecting much but I was blown away by the hospitality, management, cleanliness and vibe of this place. Kids and pets friendly. Trampoline, swings, ping pong, pool table to keep you and your kids occupied. The rooms and toilets were immaculate. Short walk to the beach. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

So clean and owners super friendly. We loved the table tennis and pool tables. It was very peaceful and everything was spotless. We've recommended this camp to other travelers. Thanks for a great experience
This camp is fantastic! It is well maintained, spotless and the hosts, welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely long weekend there and look for to having another opportunity to go.
A fantastic little camp ground with amazing facilities. The place has been so well looked after and has plenty of options for great little spots to set up the tent. The hot tub you can hire for the evening was well worth the money!
We visited Himitangi Beach Holiday Park just before the long weekend. The host was very friendly and as there were very few guests we could choose our spot. We chose one on the field closest to the beach. It was so very quiet which we loved. It would have been nice to have accessed the beach from our site but I can understand the security need to have only one entry and exit. The beach was very close and it was lovely walking there to seethe sunrise.
Great facilities that are very clean, tidy and well maintained by the team. We came up when the camp was completely full and busy but the owners still took time to stop and talk with campers. Dog friendly camp which really makes holidays easier for us with a dog. Hired the SPA for the night and it was great. Definitely coming back but this time will be bring more people to enjoy the experience.
We stayed in a self contained unit which was clean and well configured for a small space. The decor was very contemporary and all the amenities were well thought out. The staff were extra friendly, even delivering my phone charger that I had left behind to my house.
Cleanest camp I have stayed at. Very friendly hosts.
