Wow! Just had a revolutionary dining experience at the Game Keepers Restaurant. The surroundings take you on a trip back in time, with the magnificent European-British style establishment and gorgeous grounds. The food was exceptional quality and taste; mind-blowing. Portions just right (we don't need nearly as much food as we usually stuff in!) The service; friendly and attentive but not over the top. Prices are surprisingly fair for a fine dining experience in our expensive country, plus the deals they offer on all days/nights of the week make this special place well worth a visit! Highly recommended, thank you for the amazing birthday evening.

Scallops shouldn’t be half raw. Not these ones anyways as they are not sashimi grade. Got a little sick. Shouldn’t use sweet chilli as well as that’s just lazy. Salmon looked ok but was actually very delicious. The steak was standard. Service: 5/5 Environment: 5/5 Presentation: 3/5 Food Quality: 3/5 Food Quantity: 5/5

A big thank you to everyone at Settlers! Choosing Settlers for the venue for my wedding was the second best decision I made (saying 'yes' was the first). I couldn't have hoped for anything better. We had compliments all night on the food and venue. Staff were friendly and responsive on the night and through the whole planning process which Settlers made a breeze. With such a gorgeous venue with it's rustic charm, no extra decorations were needed but Settlers were happy to allow for outside decorators if we wanted. The place has everything one might need including a bridal room, two indoor ceremony areas and two outdoor ceremony areas and even a huge LCD screen for the bride and groom to display what they wanted which cost nothing extra. If your planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and consider Settlers. Seriously. 50/10

This venue is beyond amazing. We had our friend's wedding reception here and we loved everything about it... The food was tasteful, the venue set up was organized to perfection and the staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The outdoor area is something special where you can take memorable photos. Our overseas guests were amazed by how beautiful the venue was. Thank you to every one at Settlers Country Manor for making our friend's reception so special.

I had a few dinners at the Game Keepers which is one of my favouruite places in West Auckland. The food is always delicious and there is a wide selection of drinks on the menu. The staff are always friendly and efficient. The eye fillet steak is soft and tender. Beautiful premises with a romantic garden at the back.
